Megha Nanaiah

BArch (RV College of Architecture), MSc in Urban Design (Architectural Association School of Architecture, London, UK)

Megha Nanaiah is an alumni of RV College of Architecture who then went on to graduate from the Architectural Association, London with a MSc. Sustainable Environmental Design. Her thesis was awarded a Distinction and was exhibited at the PLEA Conference in Ahmedabad, India. Upon graduating from RV College of Architecture. Megha has worked with practices in Bangalore in various capacities gaining much practical knowledge and experience.

Megha believes in observational learning and is very passionate about building on and sharing knowledge.In 2014, she co-founded EnviArch Studio and is currently also a Senior Architect at Vinyas Architects. Her core research interests include Energy and Environmental Studies. She is actively involved in research and publication of papers at various conferences. She is the co-author of ‘Lessons from the Masters: A study of Tertiary Educational Buildings in India’ presented at the PLEA International Conference, Bologna, Italy.

Megha has been enthusiastically involved in tutoring at RVCA since 2015and is currently involved in design studios, basic design and electives such as Environmentally Responsive Architecture.
