Dhriti graduated in Architecture from University of Pune, Maharashtra and received her Master’s degree in Urban Planning with specialization in Infrastructure Planning and Housing Development from CEPT University, Ahmedabad. She is a Practicing Architect and has been working on various residential, commercial, interior, township projects- MHADA affordable housing being one of them. Previously she has taught undergraduate courses in history, Urban Planning and Architectural Design at School of Architecture, Akola.
Prior to joining RVCA, she worked with Government Authorities and International NGOs on Infrastructure and Smart City projects for the cities of Nagpur and Mumbai. She received an award for her contribution towards the ‘Revision of Draft Development Plan 2034 of Greater Mumbai’ by the Municipal Commissioner. She actively participated in a number of International Conferences on Healthy Cities & Smart cities, Sensitization programs on Ecology, Energy & Architecture and Sustainable practices in Architecture.
Apart from this, she has a keen interest in Visual Arts and is a trained classical dancer.
